Pretty outdated, bed was comfy and fresh. Lobby staff was very nice. Just the room itself was old and kind of musty and stinky

Everything was great. Staff was super nice and helpful. Clean room. No issues with parking. Will stay there again.

Well my room was on the first floor. The cleaning staff were very loud. The bathroom was not compatible to take a bath. I needed the airport shuttle to take me to the airport. It did not come when the front desk staff said it would so I had to take a uber.

This is not a 3 star hotel. I will say, the price I got was really good, the view from my room was decent (if you like Newark). I am a very easy going traveler, and I believe you get what you pay for. With this hotel, you essentially get a room at the holiday inn but with a view, more amenities in the building and a free airport shuttle (not that reliable). That being said, the entire place smells like weed (honestly I’m very chill with that haha) and small things like half filled shampoo bottles, cleanliness (it was good enough for sure but if you look too close you might see something you don’t like). My tv had a small crack in it, amenities like restaurant and bar were not open late night (idk if they open in the morning or it’s just off season, we’re not available. Customer service is decent. Overall I think it’s a good spot if you need to save money and they have a good deal. I also think they just need to renovate a bit. In my opinion that would really up the value of the stay.
